Hey manager before you spread gossip about another rep make sure it’s actually true and not just gossip. You’re ruining a persons reputation on something someone told you. My ASM gossips about other people in the district and company all the time. This person definitely has mental deficits that go ignored by everyone above them. I have had many managers throughout my long career but none as incompetent, petty, under qualified, and business delusional as this idiot is. The funny thing is I know for a fact that their boss KNOWS this person is a train wreck but just doesn’t want to rock the boat by getting rid of this moron. It’s the Lundbeck way.
