If they were laying you all of they would have sent out a secondary invite with HR. Sounds like your reporting structure is changing.

Here's the skinny. IDCS are ALL DONE That group is finished. There are some DCS roles being elinimated, most of which will be from 3 person pods. If your pod is effected the three of you will have to interview for the remaining two roles. DBMs don't have to take any of you if they don't want to.

Oh and here is the fun part, no DBMs or RBDs were eliminated but at least 250 rep roles were. What does that tell you?

Another brilliant move by Novo. All IDCS reps gone. Most of these reps were promoted to this position because of performance. A lot of great people gone today.
