IBU reorganization coming?

Seems like we’re headed for reorg in the near term. Open territories not being filled (quiet hiring freeze) new reduced meal spend budgets, discontinued programs. What have you heard?

I've heard that those who drove Aimovig into one of the greatest flops in company history will be rewarded with Otezla. By the start of the semester, they will be in charge across the board and dermatology will finally be eradicated, replaced with the Amgen cult at every position of importance.

Murdo is allowing T to completely gut their culture. Anything outside the hive mentality will not be tolerated.

I could not care less about dermatology. We made them rich and they are the happiest bunch of idiots I have ever seen. They need to be brought down. I can't wait to see them infused with fake enthusiasm, an activity focus and and utter lack of performance. They will become skilled in Amgen talk and customers will start to hate them. Enbrel reps will have a reduction again. They can cut another 30% and net the same sales results. Otezla sales force will see a reduction as well, with even larger territories. It’s honestly a shame how we destroyed this product. Biosims will remain untouched for now, but if they can’t do more in the next year things will have a shake up.

Skyrizi rep here: so wrong - Otezla needs more reps - wait and see. Enbrel needs about 25 reps nationally and your Amjevita clowns need just a couple contracting dudes.

the only hope you have for growth is for Otezla to grow. I was flat out amazed at how you guys grew that dog in 2014-2018 or so. Congrats on a unbelievable job. Now you need to grow it again before we take the entire market. Between Humira, Skyrizi and Rinvoq, we have about 80% of NBRX.

Poor derm. But otezla needs an aggressive shake up. It used to sell itself, now it will be an uphill battle against all the new kids. Skyrizi is definitely the docs favorite now.

ahh yes the genius skyjizzy rep. The reality is that the think tanks that are always used when looking at RIFS are going on right now. One thing that is being modeled is less Otezla reps, for reasons that are beyond your pea size brain ability to understand. Feel free to drop off some Panera Bread at TO though catering boy.

first they killed off Ron. then April. now they killed off Brian and Spencer will not be far behind him.

Ron was great and a true sales guy through and promoted a great culture. The others you mentioned not so much.

Oops…wrong about that one. Entire Biosim team is being let go over the coming months. Wouldn’t be surprised if the hits continue at some point in not too distant future for Slate/Indigo.

Regardless, derm is going to be populated with those raised in the Amgen culture of fake enthusiasm, fake whatever the current selling model is (think 4DX), compliment your leaders blindly, and fake all the call metrics.

That's how I was raised in INBU. I would make 2-3 actual calls per week but initiate everything from an account call and include everyone - nurses, techs, door greater, insurance clerks and at the end of the week Jeff and Helen told me I did a good job.

Derm is being lobotomized as we speak. By Sep 15, over 40% of the sales force will be Amgen.
