that is such crap! 75,000 patients in a study is ridiculous! so far the largest COPD study is 6,000 patients. why much you lie!
The study is already underway double blind placebo controlled, 75,000 patients randomized to Tudorza, Spiriva, and placebo. Six month results show statistical superiority for Tudorza vs. Spiriva and placebo on the endpoints of trough FEV1 improvement and reductions in COPD exacerbations. One year trial results will be finished in December. Paper should be published in NEJM early spring.
Thanks for the reply... 75.000 patients???? That is too much... Have you made some kind of typing mistake. Could you please clarify a bit your comments as at this stage, I am not convinced about what you've said. 75.000 patients is way too much and expensive... Thanks!
Oops you're right I meant 7,500. It will be the largest study of COPD agents to date. It's sad there are so many whiners that won't be able to sell this excellent product. If the retail sales force can't sell Tudorza we are indeed doomed. A shaved chimp could get 30% share without even trying.

Thanks for your reply... I saw the product and device and in my opinion it has some advantages over Spiriva...You mentioned 6 months results are already there???... Can I find some info about these results after 6 months???? it would be great to see it. One more quesions. Are those trials performed in the US only or US, EU, etc...??? Thanks!
Check out www.clinicaltrials.gov. You can find every trial being done in the US for any drug.
You're right. It's there. Wow. OK so Tudorza will be proven to work better than Spiriva and it will cost less (little hint. Some pharmicies already have it in their pricing database.). This dog might just be able to hunt.

Hej man, can you share the link of pharmacy that published the price of Tudorza in the US??? Would like to know the price...This would be highly appreciated! Thanks!
We still won't be able to show it. When was the last time we had H2H studies we could show. There are plenty out there for all our products.
