Has anyone noticed that Zynex has had numerous names (6)? Or that they filed a form 8k on the last day of last year for the transfer of 400,000 shares to a holding company in THE CAYMAN ISLANDS! I've been looking for a penny stock to invest in and I started researching these guys. The more I read, the quicker I decided to not take the risk. After I saw one of their products on Alibaba and read too many negative posts all over the internet, I decided "No". Also, Zynex's Motion to Dismiss was denied at the end of March 2011. So, if there was something shady going on, now would be the time for the company to start making a move to salvage what they have. . . By the way, if the people from Zynex that have no couth want to call me names or act like drunk teenagers, I don't care what you have to say. Because, I don't care about your company. Have a Great Day.
 








Sorry, that was a form CS-13G/A on Dec 31st, 2010. The form 8K that stuck out in my brain was Sangaard increasing his salary to $385,000/yr and Scalese increasing it to $175,000/yr with increased quarterly bonuses on top of that. . Hmmmmm

They go as far as to claim their products are made in the USA when they are cheap Chinese devices. The submit an affidavet saying it's made here but it isn't. They lie about everything to get ahead...even to their investors, which they have been sued over already. Empi is reliable, RS Medical is reliable and a few other smaller companies have good reputations. Can anyone help me find another company that I can work for that is on the "up & up"? I have great experience in the industry but can't trust Zynex Medical due to their reputation. I worked for the other two over the past twenty years. Is there another company who has good products, management and vision out there?

Your statement about this filing is not correct. Here are the facts... The 12/30/10 SEC filing you referenced was made by Intana Management, LLC which reflects their investment/holding of 402,496 shares of Zynex at that point in time.

The Sandgaards are getting divorced. One can presume she's had enough of him screwing around, especially, with the employees. It will cost him a lot for her to keep quiet about all his dirty laundry in the business world.

TS is very shady... His billing practices are unethical and border on illegal. His other practices in the past have included laying off people 2-3 per week over a few weeks when his projected earnings didn't match his actual cash on hand. He did this so he could lay off 10%-20% of his staff and NOT have to report it to the SEC. Oddly enough, when he was done the lay offs, only 1 of 4 African Americans remained on staff.

He's settled several lawsuits associated with wrongful termination and or sexual harassament. It's getting harder and harder (costlier and costlier) for him to maintian his EPLI coverage, but since EPLI is what's paying the settlements, those never go on the SEC reports. He's good at staying out of court but puts up a fight to draw out the ordeal for the complaintant for as long as he possibly can. At some point, the lawsuit will result in a settlement bigger than his insurance policy.

If you have any moral compass, stay away from Zynex. If you're an unethical sort and only care about making as much money as possible by any means necessary, you'll fit right in.
