I have an idea!

To follow the threads theme "I have an idea," well... I have an idea!

In light of the pending hurricane barreling it's way to the Palm Beach location, perhaps:

1) create a temporary distribution station in Indiana to help accommodate the demand should this hurricane become a bigger than anticipated problem.

2) Produce into the hours of the night for the next 2 days enough parts/pieces to back up pending order spikes by doctors who've been around the block, knowing that hurricanes = back orders = delaying cases = not getting paid.

3) Send out an email to all accounts letting them know that a Hurricane is barreling down, and they should push all orders in now.

4) Not accept ANY NEW ENCODE CASES. When you come back, then open the portal. Accepting cases while not operating will lead to delays, and quality control issues.

5) Have a customer service skeleton crew stay in local hotels and have them transported.

Believe me, it's always a crap show when the area is hit with a weather issue. They say "we have an action plan in place to minimize disruption," that's b.s. It's always an issue.

can I just say that I HATE Bellachecks and every time someone mentions them I get a nervous tic? Clearly, we are banking on the fact that they won’t all get redeemed.I hate working for a company that makes me feel like I’m promoting something swarmy.

Can’t ZB leadership see what we see - that all these former Biomet folks are a bunch of fast-talking con artists? Swain, Gomez, Radman, Deaver - I’m looking at you. You’re all seedy as hell.

The problem with this suggestion is that this is a plan of action. Here at Zimmer Biomet Dental corporate we are a company of reaction. We wait until things happen to us then we scramble to put together an inadequate yet over priced response. Besides, we all know that if we have a hurricane effect us this year it is the sales teams fault.

Zb needs new products not recycling old ones and not discounts on bellacheks that make us look like a true value player in the market.
How about a new implant design line rhe eztetic for all implant diameters and not just the 3.1?

Because that would be admitting that the ZIMMER side actually had a good idea, and the Biomet clowns would never let that happen. I’m so sick of those self-preserving, impotent jerks.... why can’t ZB leadership see how much we are struggling under this regime?!
