I got caught fabricating my sales calls

I've said for many years if management wants you gone it can be done in a blink of an eye. IOW they will find a way.

Basically, it doesn't matter if you're breaking the rules or not. If they want you gone, you'll be gone. Just find another big pharma company that's exactly like Pfizer to play the game with. Until then, play nice with your manager because they can always find a way to can you. Play the game, suck up a bit, be scenery, get paid. This is not hard.

I fabricate and still don’t get caught. I put the company devices in a microwave that is acting as a faraday cage.

I know you're joking but I've literally been at three big pharma companies since Pfizer. They're all pretty much exactly the same except for what they call things. The pay is much better anywhere but Pfizer, though.

The laptop is literally dark force in my house. I know they log into it and read everything I send, and probably listen to me too.

Every virtual interaction is recorded, which is why they are pushing so hard for those.

Just looking at it gives me the creeps. I don't want it around my kids

I have lied about calls for over 20 years, and will continue to lie about them. I have no fear of getting caught either. Examine your territory and come up with a reasonable plan of action in re lying. It will work.

Know someone who is having lots of problems with manager. Person works no compliance violations nothing going on shady. Just a narcissist manager. Any thoughts? How did they let you go OP? Was it in front of another manager? Were you offered a plan or do you think this person will be offered one with no slaps on the wrist ever and is currently in a top position as far as rank? Mgr has hx of complaints and been turned in multiple times but is the right persuasion if you get my drift
