Of course the job is a joke, anyone who has done this for a few years starts to realize its all a joke. Management just tows the line they are given and most of it never applies to the real world. If you think it does, think again. 90% relationship, 10% coverage and that's it! Some reps take it all so seriously and say, "its a career". Its just a job and any company will let you go via a conference call and never think twice about it. So wake up and get real if you don't believe that. Its the truth.

Have you ever noticed the turn over on a team when a new AM comes on board? Allergan only hires the biggest ass kissin ball busting managers in the industry.........If you can't help get them promoted or willing to shove your head up their ass- you're history regardless if you're on first page or sleeping with them.......
