A/C business does not fit to Nestle's vision, Health&Wellness. It is quite risky for them moreover the MC is limited and we depend on Ipsen. This business will be sold and replaced by new companies/products in Consumer business within a couple of years, wait and see...

it is a wishful thinking, don't compare us with Allergan, they have a complete product range. Unless we have our own toxin (either buy Ipsen or Botox in aesthetic usage since our R&D has been working on innovation throug a toast machine..), the A&C business to be sold soon.
