Huge layoffs coming!

Most layoff threads are made up-true.
Most responders to the threads know that and just play the game, because they can.

And they truly have compassion for idiots that start layoff threads. They feel better that they are helping those that have less mental capabilities& make them feel significant.

December 14th is the day! Entire Respitory division will be displaced. Joining 1000 CVMD HQ and field based personnel. HSS will also be cut and then some will be folded into vacancies.

ALL this year the layoff weaklings have given their best effort to predict mass chaos. Much to no avail, and "Dec 14" will be the same. Most will be on vacation by then anyway and won't answer their phone even if their manager said to, or check email for that matter!

Come on it is way too early in the year to talk about layoffs. These wont be announced until the day before Thanksgiving with all employees exited by January 1. Of course we will protect at British employees because they are sooooo special.

Watch on Thursday, Q3 earnings reported. This will be a fairly good indicator of layoffs. And if the enterprise years are finished

Earnings will be skewed with one time net sales attributable to the sale of commercial products to Aspen and others.

Without the creative accounting practices, earnings will be missed and will be below $0.40 per share. Cash flow is the metric to pay close attention to. Layoffs will be demanaded by large shareholders.

Maybe another inspirational message from one of our illustrious leaders, "Have a Happy Thanksgiving and try to enjoy the leftovers. " Wow, what a brilliant line from one of the long line of failed fuck ups that never had a clue how to motivate or even say hello to another employee without giving them the creeps.

this may seem like a crazy thought but how can we be spared from a layoff.? I’m new to pharma and it is alarming how everyone pretends to be busy and yet so very little to do on a daily basis. It seems to me cutting reps Would seem obvious. I want and need my job however thinking this pharma thing is not as great as I thought .

You will become numb to it after a while. The brain cell killing boredom, the ridicule and abuse you take from office staff and physicians, the totally useless attempts at coaching from a DM that never sold more than girl scout cookies, and the abusive treatment by senior leadership; it all seems normal after a while and the paycheck compensates.

Just play the game as instructed. No matter what you actual performance is, they will find a way to make you a COE contender. If the 20% driving sales quit, the 80% gaming the system would be forced to perform. The good news for that 80%, there are always displaced or disgruntled reps who could easily backfill any performer. Performers are limited in development opportunity. Five years and out seems to be the trend. The risk of letting performers move up to leadership roles is that the culture swings to a performance based culture and away from a bullshit based culture.

$0.40/share earnings coming. Off by $0.15/share. Forget the creative accounting practices. Auditors and accountants should be investigated by IRS. Oh wait, taxes not paid in the US. Sorry, my bad!
