JD’s earnings doubled last year now at $28 Million. I guess this is how they make up for that by laying off 10,000 employees. So credo like.
Or this is a bogus post to try and get employees to work even harder than they already are in 2nd half. Where is the accountability w the screw ups made by upper management that cost JNJ billions.

I’m also hearing that lots of consultants and contractors will be let go. That’s actually a good move. Annual consultant cost is several hundred million dollars.

All teams were tasked with reviewing budgets across the board (not just head counts), obviously loss of revenue due to stelara major impact across the entire org.

Original poster said cuts will be across all sectors. I would think if a consulting group was hired, they would look at HC in all sectors, not just Vision Care. Where did you hear about the consulting group?

All groups asked to target 10-20% reduction for '25. Some will include HC reductions, some HC and $$, others just $$. Operative word 'target'. No final decision.
