Yeah, that way when the amount is incorrect you'll be mad at your manager instead of HR. Even though HR'S system is what spits out the amounts given to the managers.

Remember that time the amounts were about 2x higher than actual? Haha, what a silly little mistake. Oops

Glad I left this company years ago. Horrible experience with my manager and dirtbag L.L. I heard her "brilliance" is now with some low tier skin sub company that T.D. Is with. L.L. was and still is the worst.
