Above post is a joke, people don’t like the truth coming out because people are leaving because of it. To blame “others” for the fault of low pay for long term employees and new hires on certain members team getting what everyone else should have received is BS. And your dumb fault for leaving personal documents in printer
You are not suppose to share your info with co workers. Wonder why? Because they pay one person 1000-100,000 higher for same job titles even more. Some here for a minute. No wonder people are mad and are leaving. Maybe that is what they are doing pushing people out.
 






Wonder what new news we will get from HR this year? Other than what we all know to be true. Can’t lie or hide anymore. Should be interesting to see more BS. Most people won’t be paying attention will be waiting for their offer letters with better pay and bonus from all the other pharma companies…

HR does not exist here. This meeting going to be a big waste of time. Save the money and pay us. AD and MS going to say how great our company doing blah blah. New lady who I heard went on Presidents club trip is going to tell us how great she is. AD has already pushed out MS the new big pharma lady now in charge. Just pay us.
 






You’re part of a district no? Pretty sure you’re the type that will never get hired anywhere else which makes you lucky to have this job. That in itself makes you pretty douchy. See you Monday.
 
























I heard from a few inside friends Mike was pushing to get Dena into new lady’s job. They also said DC didn’t even get a chance to interview. What is going on here? Go look at the experiences of these new people. They are big pharma failures.
 






Those on leave or those being excused from the NSM with a doctor’s note better watch out. DC blasting you over email and warning management that your presence is REQUIRED at the next in person meeting. Screw your conditions or what a doctor recommends. Very unprofessional DC
 






If Dena had a chance she would have been given the opportunity and that spot no one was given an opportunity except for the new lady as you mentioned and her name is Shannon Faught. Dena also isn’t doing what you say about people not attending the meeting whoever they may be. So odd only a few would know that to post such a thing. Must be the same gossip group on here starting more trouble. Maybe you got more information from the printer.

I am just calling it like I see it. I’m not the only one on that email that has a problem with this. An unprofessional move that puts us in an uncomfortable position with our associates. How are we supposed to tell a rep that they are required to be in person when they have a note from a licensed professional? As much as we want them to be there and to benefit from being in person, it’s a bull shit move by DC. Another reason why retainment numbers are so low and we as a company lose so many valuable representatives. Come on DC, we are better than this.

Correction he said The Women’s Health is done and the red headed “b” had better watch her tone with him. There is a new team taking over. And he is going to crush the little scrawny bald guy on that “done” team too. I heard it first hand. He thought I was on the New team.
