I am just calling it like I see it. I’m not the only one on that email that has a problem with this. An unprofessional move that puts us in an uncomfortable position with our associates. How are we supposed to tell a rep that they are required to be in person when they have a note from a licensed professional? As much as we want them to be there and to benefit from being in person, it’s a bull shit move by DC. Another reason why retainment numbers are so low and we as a company lose so many valuable representatives. Come on DC, we are better than this.
