How do we get this back on subject? I have a lot of insurances that we are OON with in my territory and clients are getting a ton of calls, what should I tell them?

Give them VT cell #. Seriously. She is the root cause of 99% of all the problems at mdl. She's an evil very immature non-professional. i can already see here that karma is catching up to her. so sweet.
