After just pulling up this thread this morning and reading the newest posts, I have to agree you are a total idiot! You just don't know how much of an idiot. As An area business director (if it is even true) on here trolling this board is scarier than anything on the planet. Have anything else to do with your life? That is one scary reality. And fuckface, one more thing. Who said they have just two Presidents club years? One thing that is very accurate is the sales reps with incredible talent HAVE NO DESIRE to be managers because we are great at sales and probably make more money than you. We are bringing in the money not idiots like you. The most ironic thing throughout my 20 plus years in the industry is by an overwhelming large percentage, most people that have been promoted to manager have had extremely lackluster sales and the power sales reps have track records that easily overshadow people like you when it comes to rankings and sales results. So funny when a manager with a poor sales track record tries to give a seasoned experienced and highly successful sales rep sales advice. You're a joke! A complete joke! Would love to see your sales achievements on your resume as we are quite sure they suck. But again, anyone claiming to be a sales director and is spending time trolling this board is pathetic. Look in the mirror. You're the one with a major problem. I not only can speak for myself, but I can speak with several of my award winning colleagues. We have absolutely no problems getting jobs and have the experience and successful track record to be picky. Average total comp for an HSS is 130k. Total Comp 130k. After 15 years in the business to top out at 130k and have to kiss ass while feeding the whales is pathetic. I wouldnt exactly call that a "successful" career.

Do you think anyone with any brains plans to stay here long term? Get real! There are 4 separate opportunities where many of the top reps will be going within 6 months. If you knew any of the top reps here, they carefully select great opportunities and great launches. They collect amazing stock options, great bonuses and then move on to bigger and better. Top reps easily exceed 200k a year and when they aren't paid what they are worth and pulling in for the company, they then move on. Your comments are extremely uneducated and it sounds like that was the career you had. In any event, you assumptions of what people get paid have no merit. That is what you might have been paid but others make way more than that you fool.
