How was your raise this year?

Looks like average raise is 4% for most reps. This is not going to cover cost of living from inflation. Why do we have to leave to get a decent raise at AZ?

No one at the rep level truly understands the career ladder or pay bands or MRP.

HR is lousy, sales leadership have their favorites and no one will give a straight answer on the pay bands.

MRP is baloney - it’s all a con and trickery.

Are we able to view the MRP tables for the different levels. It used to be available on the HR site and you could look at it anytime you wanted.

Nope, they won’t let you see the MRP or Market Data tables … my Line Manager told me the data for my role was incorrect and could only give me 2% this year whereas most others in the UK got 5-5.5%.

MRP is a tool to keep us quiet … I preferred more transparency and publishing the ranges for each grade / career level
