I don’t think it’s a particularly strong choice for the position. I don’t know about the team drama, but I can look at her rankings over the years.

Flip side is I can think of a number of people in DBL roles and higher that are extremely unimpressive, and didn’t have a consistently strong sale performance prior to their promotion(s). So what’s new?

Never did anything good? I recall seeing her win PCE the year before her promotion. What did you ever accomplish?
