Imagine being in leadership and thinking reps actually like working here. The reps all talk shit about the misery that this company is. I have never talked to a single rep who likes it here. Not one! The leadership here acts like the reps have no options in life. They only make any money because Galderma pays them. Revolution is needed.

EB is a failure because he was willing to be a mercenary. He’s just a really weak person and has been exposed. He should have fought back against ridiculous quotas. The management here thinks they will come out smelling good knowing they’re screwing all the reps, when in reality reps will leave here and screw them. They’re really kind of stupid people. They need to look at themselves and realize they are burning all their bridges, not the other way around. Nobody will want to work with or for current Galderma management.

Step 3: create constant chaos because of insecurity and paranoia. Random product promotions that are announced with surprise national calls that cause the sales force to run around the territory selling as fast as possible

Step 4: blame the sales force for mistakes made selling promotions

‘Step 5: creating the SBM role that ruins teamwork

Step 6: set outrageous goals

Step 7: Issue performance letters to everyone missing the outrageous goals after telling the sales force that you know the business is slowing down

Y’all are spot on. EB is weak. KH is a parrot. That said There are bigger forces at play - all dominated by 1 thing - drive the stock price up - the only way to do that is if Nemo launches and shows growth and it takes a lot of money to launch a biologic drug. Guess who’s funding that? Ax, not global. All your $$s are funding Nemo launch and the GM, AL is building an empire. Srsly look at the number of people she has on that team. How is she hiring them - your $$s. That’s integrated dermatology strategy at its finest folks. We need to ask EB and KH about where our $$s generated are going during the call? I promise you they won’t be able to tell you with a straight face.
 




EB thinks we are missing the number because we aren't working hard enough. A new KPI will start in Q3 to track actual time in the field. If you are not in the field 9 hours each day you will be capped at 85% payout.

Well said. Crappy culture at work will make you take a step back and think about what we are doing here. Get treated like crap, unachievable goals, stupid comp plans that cant get executed properly (it got better for a little bit but its back to stupidity), retarded leadership, crazy CEO bent on driving stock price up by crook or by crook, powerless US president, no communication with HQ to understand long term progression. basically being driven like mules.
 




How will they track us? This makes me nervous. I go to gym in morning till 10:30. Takes me an hour to get ready and look hot. Need to be back home by 4 to make dinner. Hope this won’t mess up my schedule.
