Promoting a failure as Sales Director EB, demoted to running GAIN, promoted to VP only after the person who demoted him left Galderma. Now, in his two years in his role, EB has missed almost every quarter.
EB is a BIG failure in his role. We hadn't missed a sales quarter in years and now this fiasco. SMH

How will they know when we left the house and return?EB thinks we are missing the number because we aren't working hard enough. A new KPI will start in Q3 to track actual time in the field. If you are not in the field 9 hours each day you will be capped at 85% payout.
Well said. Crappy culture at work will make you take a step back and think about what we are doing here. Get treated like crap, unachievable goals, stupid comp plans that cant get executed properly (it got better for a little bit but its back to stupidity), retarded leadership, crazy CEO bent on driving stock price up by crook or by crook, powerless US president, no communication with HQ to understand long term progression. basically being driven like mules.Every sales rep needs to wake up here and understand you are choosing to work under the leadership of these stooges. Don’t be miserable at Galderma like 100% of the salesforce. Go out and casually interview for other jobs. There’s actually some great places and great opportunities in other companies but you’ll never find out if you sit here at Galderma and take it up the pooper every day. Life it too short to deal with these communists.
