Does half life have anything to do with steady state blood pharmacology after first past metabolism and what does this shit have anything to do with crossing the blood brain barrier? Does steady state have anything to do with receptor site affinity?

Since seroquel is an antagonist it BLOCKS receptors, if you block serotonin, dopamine, and NET how does it work to improve depression?
