How on earth do you get docs to VE?

So I'm working as a resp spec rep in a Covid Hotspot. I totally get why docs don't want to VE right now, but still the pressure is on! Does anyone have any tips on how to make it happen?

I'm not at BIPI (fifteenth affiliate), where I'm assuming s/he is so I don't know them. Would love any tips... this ain't easy.

I’m in a hotspot. My “hook” is that I pay for access. Doc charges $15/ 5-minute VE session. I just opt to pay out of pocket thinking this is an investment in my job, because if I don’t hit the minimum metrics, I will be fired. It all works out.
