Well it's going to be a 6% cut and get this we're all going to a 37.5 hour work week starting 2nd of the year. Merry Xmas and a happy New Year from rotech to us. We all better start looking for new jobs. Rotechs not long for this world. This is from very high up.
I want to work at your location. I'm tired of the whip marks on my back to go do more.
Thanks for the reply! I do appreciate it. Thinking more about the non-compete, I wonder if I should mention I signed one when filling out the application with a new employer? I would hate to lie, but if you say you have signed one then you won't even get a call to interview. If you lie to them at least I get the job. Only bad thing is if Rotech does go after the non-compete, then I would for sure get fired. I hate non-competes! Any suggestions on how to approach this scenario?
I left this hell hole four months ago for a competitor. My AM told me she could "not protect me" from my non-compete and any action that might be taken was "in the hands of corporate." I didn't tell them where I was going to work but they did ask if I was going to a competitor and I said yes. Then I received a copy of my non compete in the mail with no note, nothing, just the document. I guess this was supposed to intimidate me into thinking I actually owed these idiots something after I grew sales and then couldn't get compensated correctly because of the branches inability to process paperwork in a timely manner. I told my new company I signed a non compete with Rotech and they could of cared less. This is the reality......Corporate cannot even make the interest payments on their huge debt. They don't have the money to come after you. Get out while you can and SAVE YOURSELF! They don't give a crap about you and you should give them equal respect!
