How many people plan on quitting?

We know you are feeling great working at Sequenom. As always Mike is right there with you to help destroy everything. When is the family reunion? Wait I know the answer, when we are sold to someone to save us.

People are leaving for several reasons 1. Unsure of the stability of the company...look at the stock price. It was been on a downward trend since 2011. 2. Billing issues-reps are losing their biggest accounts to competitors due to patients receiving large bills and not taking Medicaid 3. Reps are not making commissions - many top reps have gone 2 or more quarters due to ridiculously high goals. Other companies pay per test and base salary is higher 4. No faith in upper management - it is very clear there is a lack of communication between, BW, billing and what is going on in the field!
 
Hmm.. 1.84? Where are the options now? No IP, running out of cash, a leader that is puzzled ILMN kicked our butts. Who wants to work at the worst performing biotech of the last decade? Nor mw.
 
I have a question. If given the opportunity today, would you move to work at sequenom? Do they have a viable future? What's people take on illumina being a direct competitor not just a supplier?
