You should have to be able to spell Cardiology before your allowed to comment on anyone's performance. Send the sales force a performance questioner based on their managers capabilities. Why doesn't ZOLL care about their skill level of RMs? Talk about a group with no accountability lol. There have been several managers consistently on the bottom of the sales standings who have extremely poor rep retention. Start pointing the pip end of the stick at them.
