How many of you are sick of the jackass that continues to post about Quinn?
Dude, grow a set!
Dude, grow a set!
I am still sick of Quinn and all the bullshit leadership role that he thinks he's in. The only thing I'm looking forward to is him stepping down just the last two retail DMs that Len hired. Quinn shoves his nose so far up Lens ass you can smell his wife's cooking from last night.
Uh, me. The person is an asshole.

Pretty pathetic attempt by Quinn himself who started this thread in the first place.
Norm is the Quinn of the Midwest
I don't know a Norm now back to Quinn.
Quinn loves to tell everyone about how many cities he's moved to in order to become an ISF1 manager. Quinn loves to remind all his reps and Len that hes moved from San Diego to New England to NYC all in preparation to make him a hospital DM. Great job Len, you hired a guy with 5 years experience and turned down everyone from the outside with 20 years antibiotic and hospital experience who could help the team move the needle.
Lets give it up for Len! Len, you hired a winner, a single guy that has less knowledge than you, who kisses your ass, and is able to relocate when you tell him to move, tell Quinn how high to jump and he will.
It's like this, if you've been a tried and true forest employee which likely means that you have been here for 10+ years or have had Len hire you from the beginning then Len is your hero as he rewards all those who get in back of him. We call this the "good ole boys club" where your merits and abilities to do the job are less important than who you know. I guess it's always been like that. However when you are in a leadership position like Len and new people are coming into the company with lots of outside experience and are looking to follow you, hiring someone like Quinn is the worst message you can send. At the meeting in Boston last year Len spoke to the Philly nj team and told us that he's going to help all of us get the business moving in the right direction. I ask and remind everyone again, how can I guy get a hospital DM , antibiotic hospital position without having any hospital selling or IV antibiotic selling experience there is only one way, you get the job based on a friendship with the hiring RD?
No other Pharma company would do this.
Len you let the NJ/Philly team down and you let your region of DMs down by hiring Quinn last year. You have lost all credibility with everyone. This new company should do a clean sweep of all the true bleed green Forest idiots who do not hire based on experience and track record. The ISF sales force must be gutted from the top down.
He was probably hired to get rid of people like you. Hey I'm all for manager bashing when it's warranted. If you have all the numbers the non gutless thing would be to approach Len and quin and say your peace. But if you don't have the numbers (guessing you don't by the amount of whining) you have to wonder why Quinn was hired. To lead you to the top or to lead you out? Which one is it?
Look I don't know this guy Quinn and if he is a bad manager then he is a bad manager, but I am hear to tell you it's not because he didn't have hospital experience. This is one of the things that pisses me off so much about how people think about leadership and what the managers actual job is. They are hired for their leadership skills not product or customer knowledge. Now should they learn everything they can about what they need to know super quick? Absolutely, but it's not their job to be a product expert, it's the sales reps job to be a product expert. Market specifics can be easily learned, but it's how the person handles people is 80% of what makes a good leader. So many people that want to be leaders thinnk the smartest guy in the room or the best sales rep always makes the best leader, there are so many times that's not he case. Now this guy might not be any good at the people side of this job for all I know, and might not be any good, but I am hear to tell you that's its not because he came from a different part of the organization.
