Just back from a day of celebrating with family. I'll take a look at the links. My opinion is based on lots of personal history and statistics. My point is that discrimination exists and there is inequity of pay. However, if people would be aware of this issue, they can correct it. Too bad most use it as an excuse for their personal limitations. \
