how long does it take to get an offer letter

had my final round about 9 days ago and haven't heard whether i will be getting an offer - anyone know how long it typically takes to get an offer letter or rejection?

does abbvie send out rejection letters or will i just get ghosted?

Hiring managers agree on the hire. TA communicates the offer or the decline. There is no timeline.
