How is the Nabriva contract?

My manager acts like everything is great & positive things are happening. Don’t know what to believe.

believe the numbers. The managers work for Nabriva. We work for Amplity. Even though the contract is dead, They need us selling to the end so someone picks up the products -and hopefully they have jobs. We need to sell so someone picks us up.

“We” are Amplity. As one of the the earlier posters said, there’s a 60-day notification requirement and we were notified late last week. Not rumor. Fact

Amplity field will be notified on 1/3 of our Nabriva contract terminating on 1/31. At that time we'll be told that "all efforts are being made to find alternative contracts" but at this point there is nothing pending.

Buckle up and plan accordingly

It's over. Anyone who is sticking with Amplity waiting for an update on what's next sat next to the fireplace waiting for Santy Claus. It ain't happenin'. Ted and Dina are feeding us all BS, and have been for months. "Exploring a new partner", "FDA inspection of the Contepo plant in Europe", "Waiting on a new drug partner", are all well worn lies that they've been feeding us for 2 years. Nabriva was running out of cash.

Read their latest earnings. Quarterly bonuses aren't going to be anything, IF they had any cash to pay them out, so there's no point in sticking around. Ted has to get paid first

I haven't done anything since the beginning of November except get my paper out and I know a lot of companies are ramping up after the holiday. I'm hoping Amplity grabs some new contracts or I get one of the FT gigs with a manufacturer.

“To preserve cash… Nabriva plans to terminated all employees including officers of the company…

The company also has terminated its agreement with Amplity Health…”

Trying to keep you all informed with facts so do with this what you will:

We will not be told anything definitive until we are either re-allocated to a new contract or no longer needed. Amplity and Nabriva want us fully engaged through the end of the year (at least), so will slow walk or minimize communications. Continued performance supports the story they need to tell that we are productive in multiple specialties. The only problem is we've lost a number of contracts recently so we are looking to place a bunch of sales forces. Our advantage is we are a PCP and specialty SF so we have a diverse set of skills.

Read between the lines of any communications from Amplity leaders, your DM and DL. It'll be very coded-but the messages are there.

Someone knew what was up. DL was AWOL and anything she and Amplity told us was BS.
