How is Novo Nordisk Culture?













The culture is the best . This company truly cares about the employees. They give NO layoffs ever, x-mas presents, many chances for promotion, and you get a great chance to make a awesome bonus.

run, run like the wind. There are many better options than Novo, if you are a crappy or inexperienced rep, or desperate for a job. Then maybe, but otherwise run, run like the wind.
 












Really has become a terrible place to work.

Great for Reps who are below average.

Company will come up with some BS to equal Bonus to all teams.

High Performing Territories are constantly asked to do more to compensate for lower performing Territories, and maybe make an extra 500 per quarter.

Good DBMs understand this, but they are in the minority.
DBMs have no answer when asked why Novo is doing this....the mantra is
“Be happy you have a job at such a great company”.

No Leadership from RBD level or above...just a bunch on nonsense and talking points that anyone in the industry has heard in the past....

When all else fails, Meaningless Metrics are pushed down to the field.

Less than 10% are happy to be here.
 




The last time NNI was a great place to be with one of the best cultures in the industry was, literally, 2013-2014. Since then, it has gone straight downhill. What a shame to know what it was and see it for what it is today.

All territories started at zero Trx of Rybelsus and all had the same opportunity to do well and the territories that did well and “worked hard and produced results” were given $9/ Trx for q4 while the territories that were not as successful got an increase in payout? That is punishing the people who “work hard and are producing results”. Bro so working hard and producing results doesn’t always pay off .
