Once upond a time in a land called Fabrication before ipads and telematics it was the tropical paradise on earth.
Then the mean witch called accountability crashed in and now the rest is history just like most of yous peoples.
It has zero to do with accountability! It has to do with actually paying up when a new product is doing well and not worrying every holiday season:do I have a job or don’t I . It also has to do with allowing us to run our own business and not being micromanaged. Most of us are not afraid to work hard or accept accountability but we should be given fair goals and get paid for the achievements that we accomplish.

You don’t like sales goals. Got it. Instead of asking an organization to do it YOUR way, why not just go ahead and get out? Go find a job that pays you for “hard work” as opposed to producing results.

All territories started at zero Trx of Rybelsus and all had the same opportunity to do well and the territories that did well and “worked hard and produced results” were given $9/ Trx for q4 while the territories that were not as successful got an increase in payout? That is punishing the people who “work hard and are producing results”. Bro so working hard and producing results doesn’t always pay off .
