Raises were lower across the board in 2024, the global coe kicker for the first half of 2024 is already out of reach, reworking IC, and key leadership people leaving right before copd launch…..

DG was hired to make changes, including layoffs. Dupi is doing well, but the rest of the company is not and needs to compensate for that. I would guess more layoffs coming

If you're referring to VW, she left to become a CEO which is an understandable move. Global COE is ahead of target for 2024 so not sure what you are referring to there. COPD was already approved in Europe and will launch in us shortly. sooooo.....

as far as I am concerned the only problematic thing right now is dg. needs to back off dupi and let this team work like the winners they are. nothing needs to change.

Dupi is extremely petty, toxic, and full of "bros". They like what they like and if you don't fit into that image, you will not be part of Dupixent. you gotta be a special kind of asshole to be a dupi rep.

Competitors pay more ? Not really , some are similar others definitely less. You think Deb will lay me off in the next 6 weeks ? Thanks for making me laugh. As I said before Dupixent is a great place to be , maybe someday you will be as fortunate as I am and have such a great job .
