so in particular, if you’re a guy, you’re effed, or, classify yourself in that 10% bucket - meaning you don’t ID as male or female or you choose not to ID as either, then you have a chance of being promoted.

To get promoted, the equation is simple. if you are a top 10% with no dings on your record- you're in. If not...either state that you're gay, bisexual or trans, or that you're fucking one of those to be inclusive. then you're both promoted and covered in teflon from further harassment.

The other way to get promoted is to be in HR … and especially in one of the ‘happy’ roles like looking after soft things including peoples’ happiness.

It has happened here too! What went down here was this: Staff said Novonordisk called office and was doing an investigation. Several NNI reps were interviewed. Apparently staff told the rep from a competing company that the NNI rep would come to office, set up shop ( a few hours here and there) to do all the prior auths, also buy giftcards, host get together fake dinner programs and basically anything to get scripts written. The competing reps found out it was widespread in a few offices.

Looks like a case of somebody needing to worry about themselves instead of what they think someone else is doing. Maybe if you just focused on doing your actual job then you would be promoted which would in turn give you that warm fuzzy feeling therefore (hopefully) making you not be a super Karen.

I am 100% positive I know who wrote this post and literally NOBODY likes you at this company. You can’t get along with anyone and have even had to be spoken to recently regarding your inept ability to get along with the people on your team. Please use your letters of recommendation that you asked some of the providers in your territory to provide you for that gastro job you didn’t get and go find something else so we all don’t have to see your miserable face and deal with your nonsense - your providers wrote those letters because they feel the same way and are trying to get you out of their offices.

Also stop blaming the competing rep since there are no competing reps other than the idea you’ve concocted in your head that the reps within Novo are ‘competing’. Take a look around - the rest of us get along, it’s you that is the problem.

Oh…it happens everyday. How else do you think teams actually make above 100% of bonus or even win COE? It’s the only way because our products have terrible coverage. When I was in a pod of three, we had a two routing for the two of us seeing docs and then other one was in various offices everyday getting PA’s completed. Wake up.
 








Actually, I didn’t even mention Novo. Nothing about people’s feelings about the company. You’re fabricating things in your head. But, why do you feel like the only purpose of this board is for people to complain? And, apparently you like it even more when those complaints are based on false premises. Why is that better than actually discussing real stuff? Would you prefer a board full of false complaints over one that people have differing views on real issues?

But, here’s an idea. You be you, and I’ll be me. I’ll keep pointing out when people say stupid things, and you can keep crying about it and pretending that things were said that weren’t really said. Deal?
