Ahhhh…sounds like you didn’t get a promotion, so anyone who did must be up to all sorts of bad things. If you convince yourself of that, then you can avoid actually identifying and working on the things that have kept you from moving up. Bravo! Well played!

Now, you’ll want to move on to blaming a terrible manager who just plays favorites to ass kissers. That one is a CP classic!

And just over one hour from a negative post, the Novo Defender returns. Not quite as fast as a speeding train but he/she/they will throw themselves in front of one to save novo’s reputation.

Did I defend Novo’s reputation? I must have missed that part of my comments. But, if I said anything untrue, then let’s hear it. This sounds like one more case of victim mentality from someone who didn’t get promoted - it’s everybody else’s fault and completely out of their control. CP is full of whiners like this. Post garbage, and don’t get surprised when someone calls it garbage.
 




In order to get a promotion you complete the application process. You have the numbers to back up your hard work. You list the multitude of programs you have hosted, the committee’s you serve on, the leadership and positively you exhibit in your district.

Yes. You do a good job in your current role and take on additional responsibilities to show that you can perform in the next role.

Actually, I didn’t even mention Novo. Nothing about people’s feelings about the company. You’re fabricating things in your head. But, why do you feel like the only purpose of this board is for people to complain? And, apparently you like it even more when those complaints are based on false premises. Why is that better than actually discussing real stuff? Would you prefer a board full of false complaints over one that people have differing views on real issues?

But, here’s an idea. You be you, and I’ll be me. I’ll keep pointing out when people say stupid things, and you can keep crying about it and pretending that things were said that weren’t really said. Deal?

We have had all of the things occur with the exception of leaving and coming back. We have reps that have done ALL of it, and got promoted, including gift cards, promote off label (RYB for wt loss), OBS reps showing doc how to use OZ samples for shortage, complete prior auths in offices and got promoted. No lies, no making it up. It has happened, more than once, and no one cares even the RBD knows.

It has happened here too! What went down here was this: Staff said Novonordisk called office and was doing an investigation. Several NNI reps were interviewed. Apparently staff told the rep from a competing company that the NNI rep would come to office, set up shop ( a few hours here and there) to do all the prior auths, also buy giftcards, host get together fake dinner programs and basically anything to get scripts written. The competing reps found out it was widespread in a few offices.

So, if this is all true, then according to the theme of this thread, the end result of the investigation was promotions for all involved? Is that how it turned out?

If you decide to report to that FDA for DOJ you get a fat cut of the multimillion dollar settlement. No amount of apis cups can touch the windfall.
