How does DD still have a job? How do many of the RBD's still have jobs? HN and WW in particular are verbally abusive and demeaning to their female reps. Look at the attrition rates. That's why they can only keep the guys around, and they don't even do that so well. Stay far away from this company if you are a female, unless you are in upper management.

As an original, and former, member of the field sales force I truly feel bad for the reps. However, the scum of the earth leadership DD, Hi Me etc deserve the worst career outcome possible.

Unfortunately at Intercept HR doesn’t give a crap about the employees reporting to Jaimee, or any other RBD. Several have had complaints lodged either formally, or informally. Nothing gets done. It shows how crappy the culture is. Managers get away with too much sh*t. Someone at HR please take notice. Let’s have a corporate 360 done on all RBD’s and then you have something you can follow up on! But the company is in shambles right now so no one will likely do anything for a while. Turnover will be rampant! And it should be.
