In fact, given the choice, most would even go so far as to not consider the Fox a threat what so ever and would welcome the presence in their neighborhood/yard over a Wolf hands down. However, the Fox is cunning, sly and even more so an opportunist at heart than the Wolf could ever be due to its passive physical characteristics.

This is exactly what Malcolm X said is the biggest/real threat to equality in this country. Liberals, Socialists & Communists that use their position of power and influence to convince people of color that they are their allies and will fight on their behalf if they bow down and give them their votes to gain more power.

Fact: Most in this country do not hold your lies and bullshit attempts of made up theories on racism that are basically founded in Postmodernism rhetoric!

The socialistic leaning politicians have adopted a narrative to create social division as well chaos to push their real agenda of power and control. It’s really that damn simple people. If you look back to see what these politicians that have been in power for decades have done with the vote of minorities, you find they did just enough (but absolutely no more) to keep those votes that bring them control and at last.... the absolute consolidation power!

Only evil hearted politicians would sit readily by and stoke the flames of racism of the naive, the young and the ignorant. You won’t see these elitist ever get their hands dirty you see! That is what you are for! Your expendable and the means to an end in their quest for power.. SMH...

Before you think I am part of the Conservative party or a MAGA loyalist, think again. I am of African decent and I am not part of any political affiliation as well. For all of you out there thinking that somehow all of this division will create a utopia of sorts for people of color/minorities at large, think again! You will become the scapegoat when these evil politicians eventually fail and you will be responsible for taking away all the progress and real efforts of equality that everyone has been building in this great country since the 1960’s.

It’s better now with all of the non whites males in leadership roles - in any role for that matter. I always say when hiring - do NOT pick the white male no matter what. You don’t have to be good to stay on the Lilly Sales force. In fact you don’t even have to sell because there is no incentive to sell or perform. The less you sell the more you excel at Lilly.

Yep, lots of fluffy activities, none of which tangibly impact sales is what I hear from a friend who works here. I personally would hate that, seems like a lot of BS. I’m not saying it’s bad, but it ain’t for me.
