Have motivational calls unlike the one that occurred with the west oncology team yesterday. The manager needs to step up and do his job if he is capable. Do not know how he is still employed as Jazz. Our area warrants better.......
 
























The “culture” has become toxic with invisible leaders who dictate and have no clue! There are quite a few good people here, unfortunately those who speak out are smacked down.
 








The fact that this leadership is tolerated and still here - speaks loudly about the company and executive team. They boast endlessly about the culture and great place to work BS - but do not have the backbone to make the tough personnel decisions and confront the matter.
