How do you deal with the stress

The day to day work is about as cushy as it gets...

Stressed about possible layoff...worried about the future? Ok...you've got options. 1) stay and be stressed out in a company/industry where the 'rep' role has continued to be decreased and future is gray at best.
2) start looking and get out as soon as possible into an industry and "career" where you have a little more control and vision...what other options do you have?

Depends on who the Mgr is. If a district needs to reduce heads, you will sense it. Towards the end of this year and next year, you’ll see. Januvia loses patent in 2020. Heads are gonna roll
We never wait until patent expiration to begin personnel reductions. The product will produce its own revenue short term without direct support. Reductions will begin in near future. Better be prepared.

Just curious, when there is a chance of getting cut every 3 months how do you move forward. Not just you but the people under you. When you give a crap it harder. This has been going on for a long time. How do you find a place for peace.

Just wondering

What stress ? This gig is fun. Don’t make it more than it is, a partime job with great pay and benes.

3) Play golf 4 days a week and tennis 2. On company dime, of course.

On the QT, my manager told me that the management team has been informed that reductions will be very brisk. Many managers scurrying to secure new jobs.
