How come no one

What a joke of a day I love how they say this was a "pilot" sales force that did not acheive goals. Can you not at least admit Valeant was not going to bring us on board and that is why we got let go today? What a friggin joke thanks Valeant you suck

never told it was a "pilot" for one thing. what is typical time frame to get a territory up and running? 3 months? 4 months? most would say 6 months. most in specialty had been here less than 6 months. if you are good then you can get it going early. part of the problem is the company didnt even realize what was going on in peds and didnt understand the customer from the start. training?? what a joke for specialty. the trainers didnt even know how to sell to the pediatric customer. moving on

Well said.

Agreed on the terrible implementation. Medicis had about 150 Derm reps. Rolling out 50 new reps as a "pilot" for less than 6 months was a massive Rob Nevin blunder. Those reps would have never brought in the dollars needed to fund their bonuses and salaries. Pilot a few major markets not every territory but Nevin didn't need to know how the sausage was made. These Reps were doomed even if Valeant wasn't buying.

precisely. thanks medicis for bringing us all on, when we had jobs to begin with claiming, "we have never had a lay off or downsize". thanks for sweet talking many great reps out of decent jobs to come here. and for what?? 1-2 quarters of making some money and then let go. not even sure i should have this job on my resume it was so short lived.

Pharma mafia - why would you even take a job here with the press on the CEO. This company is NOT a resume booster - I would leave this freak show off if I were you. And btw - don't believe everything you hear in interviews.

ziana has a place in specialty but you have to give people time to get it going. it was basically a product launch. other topicals do well in peds...poor roll out from the top on this one.
