Because Republicans, which now really should be named RepubliQAnons, are obsessed with loon conspiracies, and taking rights away from women, gays, Jews, blacks, Latinos, etc. I will take Biden and AOC any day over Marjorie Traitor Greene, Lauren Boebert, Jim Jordan, Matt Gaetz, and any of the many conspiracy loons in Arizona like Kari Lake. I would rather swallow glass than vote for piece of shit Donnie or Ronnie.

I support Democrats because I value life. Where are you if you can get shot virtually anywhere because the republicans are controlled by NRA money??? Want a dead kid??? Keep voting Republican. Easy. Even when I was in pharma, I was honest with my physicians and mid-levels. I could read a white paper, speak with them on a different level, though we both knew I was there to sell a product I did not bullshit them if I believed in a product. One reason the end of my pharma portion in health care sales was so bitter - we were given a product that was complete shit and I knew it and so did my physicians and I could not lie about it. Pharma does good things and bad things. Pharma sales reps are basically useless unless playing a small role in the education of new products, how they work and how to get it paid for, other than that, a physician can read everything on the internet. I fully support pharma in the research and development of new products, and support their aim to make money in order to fund more R&D. However, the pork that goes along with pharma should go away. One dumbass Director of Sales from my old company milked them for 3 million dollars for about 18 months of poor work. The cost of drugs shouldn't be paying for that stupid shit or some CEOs multimillion dollar golden parachute. How could we not gut the industry and still get lifesaving products? I don't know. I do know that the GOP will lie to grandma's face about doing something about it, though. The GOP won't go after pharma, they contribute too much money.

I saw the same abuses with the 4 companies I worked for: Merck, Sandoz, Wyeth & Pfizer. Fortunately, my last 28 years was in vaccines and I believed in them and so did 99% of the physicians. But there's always that 1%.
