The executive order opens the legal floodgates: the President instructs the Attorney General to assess whether critical race theory trainings create a "hostile work environment" and constitute a violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Abbvie has contracts worth Billions with U.S, Government including VA and Military. Everybody better lawyer up. WAKE UP!
 




The culture week was a great example of discrimination and HR lack of brains. HR told allergan employees it was a week of cultural assimilation... don’t need to say what folks in Madison and Irvine were thinking. and they thought the mohawk deal was bad. Little did they know they would miss that level of insanity.
HR will bring the pilgrims for the next diversity training as a great example of how to crush someone’s soul and culture.

Our region had a conference call and we talked about diversity and inclusion. In between subjects we answered trivia questions to win yay yous and the questions were all related to white television shows and music. So that was fun for all of the white people. Why are people so anxious and perturbed by this activity. You had to participate in an activity focused on systemic racism. So what? Do you realize the crap many minorities put up with in our majority white society every day? And that was before Trump and his crazies.

You can complain all you want in an anonymous message board, but you are going to get fired if you spout off like this in any way that is traceable. Every HR department in the country allows for termination for behavior that can be construed as discriminatory, and AbbVie would love to make an example out of some employees, especially if all they lose is a few drug reps.
