Beware of the RDs that got pushed out of other companies.....Lilly, Dey....etc etc etc Why in the world did BI pick up these losers? You mean to tell me there is nothing better out there than this old baggage?

She brought half of Lilly with her. Those reps can do no wrong. Lots and lots of long time good (BI) reps looking for a new job. Could you tell on the regional conference call the change in her voice for Lilly reps? I heard Lilly was glad to see her go. She sure is transparent. No respect for her.

That's exactly what KG did at Dey. The only thing I can think of is, they either lie about their abilities, they have something on someone, someone owes them a favor, or all of the above. That has to be the only reason BI would hire these dimwits. If you notice, they are great at running their big mouths.
 
























Maybe they'll have caricatures of clowns where the faces are cut out and you can stick yours there! Woudn't that be cute! There's only two things that scare me, nuclear war and carnies.
 






But, what was better was the section of the business meeting that included the AE kissing the DM's cat. What was the point of that portion of the meeting?
So unprofessional. The meeting was a success. The respect level for the region hit an all new low.
 


















The company has left themselves wide open for a lawsuit. TL had the duty to act on this hostile work environment and didn't. He witnessed the favoritism, the gathering as a Lilly team, etc. He didn't address or take to H.R. There is a lot going on in the field as documentation is being prepared.

I think you're missing the point, who cares if the transfers from Lilly all want to hang out together. It's more about trying to capitalize on the PX opportunity. The issue is the arrogance and insolence. BI has done a pretty good job of using diversity of experience to succeed. The new crew seems unable to appreciate the accomplishments to date or the people.

The saddest part is this new "revisionist" mentality. You achieve it, and someone else is out front taking credit. That is very counter culture to BI.

That is one of the gayest things I've ever heard happen at this company. Did they wear little lilly t-shirts too. I'd just be happy you aren't part of that dog and pony show. They can't go back to Lilly. They were fired from there.

Be very careful with RL and the Lilly people she brought with her. She will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat to get what she wants, and she WILL take care of the Lilly people she brought with her. She falls under the "keep your enemies close" category.
