Wrong, hospital reps are over 50 geriatrics put out to pasture. They have the same bonus, car, salary, band and retirement as pc reps. They are older and are still reps, never could get promoted. This latest exercise is a legal way to rid the elders, overpaid and useless. If you are severed you must sign legal paperwork that you won't sue prior to getting your check. Acute care will all be let go in February, bank on it. Acute reps are behind geriatric, they are five feet from the grave.

Debating over which is more valuable, PC or Hospital reps, is like arguing over a broken alarm clock being more useful than a busted lamp. Both should have been hauled out to the garbage 15 years ago. Pathetic!!

Getting promoted isn't everyone's dream. There aren't that many slots anyway. Many reps don't want to play the games, kiss the asses, and become a yes person. Most managers contribute less, and work fewer hours than the average rep. Those above admit level are even worse. It's all facade, fairy tales, and ego with them. Phonies all around. I know, because I was one of them for ten years and asked to return to sales.

You are a dipshit, going from ctl to delislinger? So you gave up a 45k bonus, stock options and a high salary to take an s2 role? Face it, you got demoted pal. Don't tell me you kept your salary either, delislingers are capped at 126k towards pension. You are a loser lifer lowly rep.

I have been here a loooong time. Capped out at $150,000 and can't get any raises. I am/was a rep.
