One reason is the ABL's are clueless and drinking the corporate punch because they need a job. In PA no one wants to work with certain managers due to their poor current and past industry behaviors and reputation. Just look at State College, Pittsburgh and Phila. areas. 3 RSD in the past 6 months, what a mess.

Good people are leaving in droves, horrible marketing, horrible leadership, & no ethics, managers afraid of getting let go are talking off label and demanding reps to talk about Entresto increasng the ejection fraction. WTF isn't NOVARTIS still under a CIA ? Time to Blow That Whistle.
 




The hospital reps could become LEGAL lobbyists in D.C. .. Michael Cohen could not get Novartis some time with the President for 100k but Kanye got some for free.. 2 days hospital 3 days D.C... Lots of HF in D.C.
