Nice to see management monitor this page and use it to push their political agenda!

The fact of the matter is that some us actually don't mind some of the options that have been put to us. I don't particularly agree with it all but at least I have choices.
The union have not been doing their job as most of the important detail hasn't been put to the floor. I only found out this week that I can change between options at any stage through the agreement and can choose a different option to someone else. No- one at the union told me this.
The company has also listened to our concerns about shifts and have offered to keep inspection and packing out of it.
No matter what you say I am relatively new to this business and it's conditions are great compared to anything I have seen. It may not be as good as it was but it's better than anything else out there. I've got mates that would queue at the door to get a job here. I' d be happy to take nothing for job security under the current conditions but would happily take the 4% + $1000 potential bonus to give away some things I've seen before in the workplace.
You keep talking about intimidation but I only see it from some of the self important union members and old guard on the floor. I know from personal first hand experience that some of my peers are far more concerned about reaction from the floor that they ever are from the management. You guys don't let us talk or listen to us, it's all your way and you have no idea of what the outside working environment is like.
If you don't enjoy what's on offer please leave.
I love my kob and appreciate what is on offer.
Obviously the changes won't affect you. You wont be working 28 weekends a year and forced to work it. How nice for you. I personally don't mind bunions, but hey, it doesn't affect me!
Divide and conquer is the aim of the game and throw in a few golden carrots while you are at it. You can trust us"........we're management.

Not very professional here. This is bullying in its truest form and one of the reasons morale is at its lowest. Micro management are the beliefs of this company. Any errors you make it's noted on your records indefinitely, no chance of redeeming yourself. Reduction of staff means more pressure on remaining staff. So we are setup to fail regardless. I'm glad I no longer work here but I'm looking forward to hearing the demise of some of these incompetent managers who lack people skills. Wake up one morning and "actually smile" maybe it may straighten out the wrinkles on your face. And please once in your lifetime acknowledge your employees positively instead of gracing us with your negative attitude. We are real people trying to do the right thing not crap at the end of your high and mighty butts.
Is Fat Boy and Co. Golfing or doing the operators work this fine Saturday morning ?
Looking forward to Xmas break up at the pub. Wonder if Fat Boy will be pissed again and wanting to fight the workers. Not this time Fat Boy.

Interesting Hospira article.
Roll on Friday, love my strike days.
Don't management get it. We have had enough of their shit. We will not be bullied. Their bullying, lying, arrogance etc. only spurs us on to win the conditions we deserve. We will continue to strike, and take any action necessary to defeat The Putin style regime.
Supervision doing operators work is only adding to the rift, but then nothing these two faced, cowardly snakes do will ever surprise us.
Pressure is on The Regime and I'm sure senior management in the U.S. will not be impressed
with what they have created or how they are handling the situation.
Heads will roll at Mulgrave, and they will be management, for the good of us all.
Moron I'll put in in terms you will understand
See Tony Work, work work work
See Tony Run, run run run
See Tony kick ass , kick kick kick
