That's part of the problem I'm talking about mate. If someone's opinion is different to yours you can't accept it.
Not everyone on the floor hates the place as much as you.
I'm not saying its perfect but it's better than anywhere else I've worked.

You keep talking about intimidation but I only see it from some of the self important union members and old guard on the floor. I know from personal first hand experience that some of my peers are far more concerned about reaction from the floor that they ever are from the management. You guys don't let us talk or listen to us, it's all your way and you have no idea of what the outside working environment is like.

Obviously the changes won't affect you. You wont be working 28 weekends a year and forced to work it. How nice for you. I personally don't mind bunions, but hey, it doesn't affect me!

Fair enough, maybe you're right. The shifts won't affect me so I'm less concerned by them but the point remains that generally it's not that bad a place to work.
I'm assuming you're in filling so probably feel more affected. Why don't you ask for a survey or something to get a feel for the number of people that would volunteer? Maybe the numbers are there already and that would put you in a position to be excluded? At least put it to union to ask for you.

Don't management get it. We have had enough of their shit. We will not be bullied. Their bullying, lying, arrogance etc. only spurs us on to win the conditions we deserve. We will continue to strike, and take any action necessary to defeat The Putin style regime.
Supervision doing operators work is only adding to the rift, but then nothing these two faced, cowardly snakes do will ever surprise us.
Pressure is on The Regime and I'm sure senior management in the U.S. will not be impressed
with what they have created or how they are handling the situation.
Heads will roll at Mulgrave, and they will be management, for the good of us all.
