Hospira WILL add significant value to Pfizer’s GEP segment BUT like I said It Will be SOLD or SPUN OFF as a separate entity. Pfizer’s strategic objective is to focus on core growth platforms in the branded drug market while divesting its ancillary operations, similar to when it carved-out its Animal Health business (Zoetis) and brought it public. Wait and See !

Oh, boy! The last time I got the package it was in a green Fed-Ex folder.... stock options, stock grants, all in place. What color is the package going to be this time? First of all, Pfizer will replace all of you Hospira corporate employees with their own experienced corporate people. Everyone is replaceable! Secondly, if you were hoping for a relocation package, you can forget about that as well! Just shut up, take your severance package, and head for the exit door! You will be right behind HR!
