Not fake - I can confirm. That treatment of females at meetings is common and occurs regularly. It also receives no consequences, even for male managers who repeatedly are inappropriate with women.

EXACTLY! What a piss off. Screwed out of $200.
 






It was reported to HR. Some Russian gal was assigned to investigate.
She immediately backed the manager despite some females coming forward to confirm it.
So this behavior continues.
 






I can only speak to my time at Publicis... I finished with them at the end of 2018 before they were sold. I spent 25 years with large pharma, made a fortune then suffered a layoff that affected my entire division. Publicis was very close to my home so I took an inside sales position. What a drastic change from being out in the field every day. I was really concerned I would not be able to make the adjustment at first. Fortunately I had outstanding managers, all with similar experiences laid off from large pharma. My managers were relaxed and there was just a simple understanding you make your calls each day and go home. What a joy never having to think about work after you ended your day. My colleagues were terrific. Each contract ended after 12 months and I was quickly placed onto another contract. Pay averaged about 78k including bonus and the longest I went between contracts was 6 weeks. Benefits were outstanding. Not sure if it has changed since the sale. I enjoyed my 3 years there and I did use my down time to secure another outside position of Pharma and now I'm even happier!
