If you don't want to make the effort to be successful here, even if it means working on your precious weekends, then go back on unemployment or find a babysitting job.

First of all, babysitting is not a demeaning job. In fact, childcare is a much more important job than a pharmaceutical sales rep. Secondly, it pays better per hour. Babysitting pays $15/hour which is way more than we'll be making per hour here!!! Thanks for the suggestion _ _ _ - _ _ _ _!!!

Then take that job you whiny fuckstain

Why are you on this board?

Hi, I just got hired on and will be starting later than the rest of you. How was home study? Was it 4 weeks? How was live training? Was it a week long or just a day certification? Asking here because Q manager out of pocket and I feel very in the dark. Serious replies appreciated. Thank you!

All I can tell you is that if the time allotted on the study guide says 1 hour, it will take no less than 2 hours. In other words, double the time they allow for on the guide. Training seemed pretty rushed. Nice to have it finished. Getting ready for the week of formal training--hope it isn't more 12 hour days, but if it is, it will be over in a week.

I've had computer problems and not feeling well due to personal health issues. J & J District Manager is super charged and driving me crazy. She is too much.
Anyone else having this ?

You've got to be kidding me. You don't feel well and your DM is pushing you because it's time to learn a little and then get into the field. OMG, how did you even get hired? I give you 90 days.

A word of advice, Mr. or Ms. Tenderfoot - there are doctors offices that may not be thrilled to death to see you. They may make an appointment for you for next August. They may require that you bring lunch and feed all 25 of them, all for the mere chance of seeing a physician for 1 minute as she passes by with her lunch time charts.

Still other offices will not even let you in. These are called "no see" offices. Don't take it personally. Really. It won't be you they're saying no to.

Just wanted to give you a hint of the real world after home school is over.

Me too! I have had the nervous shits for weeks and cry myself to sleep at night from all the stress! Why are they so mean to us? Don't they understand we are former big pharma reps and need special care?

Seriously, How did I NOT get this contract over half you losers???

I think I'm too old to get these jobs. It's illegal to discriminate on age, but it seems they do. With almost 30 years relevant experience and good recommendations, why else do I not get calls? Launched and was successful selling multiple diabetes products.
