This infamous $17,000 Lunch at IC has been burning through the coconut express , as Bill called it . It is not something anyone should be proud of . It is a new low point for a company that is inward facing and two faced . Patients whom really need our products but are denied through not having the correct insurance would break down if they heard this.

Shame on us , we deserve everything negative we get . "Real Commitment" is a marketing punch line and joke with the sales force . Whomever came up with that must have been real drunk . Now we are faced with real lairs , where are the real leaders ?

Why not follow the French lead though right , I mean they where just awesome helping us during World War 2 and such a helpful ally in our fight against terror. Really ? Don't get me started on VP of sales , the new spin doctor . All flash and ego .

Is this true? If so I feel sick , that is just under what I made in my last three bonus payouts. Working my ass off in a very difficult MC territory. Doing my very best , being ethical . My yearly raise was tiny , some shit about tough times . Wow , doesn't look tough for some . Changes the way I see our upper managers
 








Yea they care about patients low Dose Doxy that is priced 6 times more than a generic low dose option and Acne meds that are priced more than triple generic alternatives and they cut deal with generic companies so the generic products they tell us to sell against are actually the same products with the same ingredients made at the same plant. Vectical is a great example so is Differin. Real ethical and it demonstrates the BS we constantly get from these clowns at every POA. Yet they preach that they are all about the patient. No one is that stupid/ It also proves they will milk us dry not pay bonus and then pay anything to treat themselves to a free trip and free ride for people that our not even in sales on a sales incentive trip. Why the hell is the loser from HR and the chief marketing guy on all of the IC trips. You have to be kidding me.
 








KG is determined to weaken the sales force and promote her agenda. Now that she got BU out of her way it is coming. FH talks a big game but is too afraid to take her on.

Instead, we will pretend everyone is equally motivated by watching mediocre reps with amazing golf handicaps walk the stage every year. It's about the patient. So when you've sacrificed time from your friends and family for us and we don't get you close to payout on your commission, the consolation is the patients you've helped. Why do we even need to pay you right?? A sincere thank you for your help. As we make money hand over fist and choose not to funnel it back to you all, our boots on the ground making it happen for us, "thank you" I'm sure will go a long way. We have covered a lot of ground already in 2013 with many exciting things in store. We look forward to ignoring our districts with mc issues again this year, our prime strategy for motivation which seems to resonate well out east. We get excited to see reps in Florida continue to blow out their numbers. We will continue to sandbag for you guys despite the easy market you are in. DMs: thank you for all the time away from your significant others and children. As you continue to bring us feedback in the war reports, we will continue to ignore or come up with bs strategy in response to this feedback. Please keep riding with your reps every 2 weeks to parent them, we all know they're not "real" professionals. Whatever you do, do not have fun for half a day with them!!! Lastly, I want to say how proud I am for the home office culture that I foster. I feel it is a prime example of my vision for this company. People walking on egg shells, stressed out, unhappy, conniving, and frankly soulless is quite an inspiring culture which flows into our work. Thank you all!
 




Wow! Well stated. This place used to be a great place to work. FF has ruined this company, just does not get it. No wonder he aligns with HR, his old man headed HR for some glass company in France. And we all know how good the French are at managing!

What a crock of crap...boo hoo little one. I am so f-ing tired of the bs being shoveled on here, do you believe your own drivel? We made the most money ever in 2012, highest rep commission payout in the history of the company, history meaning EVER! Ask your fellow rep from Valeant or Medicis what they got...oh thats right they either got their walking papers or if they kept their job they got told to cancel their vacation and get their ass into work between Christmas and New Years!!!! Keep whining you idiots, those who know how to sell will enjoy the ride and the rest of you will join the ranks of those who got canned and are looking for anything they can to make ends meet. Oh and i almost forgot, those Home office people you say are raking in the big bucks, they got jack last year, no HPP, only part of their bonuses for the third year running thanks to access costs so we could actually sell our shit. You idiots want to talk trash then so be it but I wonder if you actually believe your own lies. I would bet my $50k in commissions that most of the posts on here are from BU, NR, AP, DW, RC or so many of the others who got fired for being assholes and now have some "beneath them" job because they can't find any better, reality sucks doesn't it! And BTW, I'm not pro Galderma but I'm pro money and I was just looking at my first Quarter 401k statement, boy that 12% free money looks pretty good, my 11 year balance over half a mil...I'd bet my $100k salary you boys would give your left nut to get that back....ha ha ha suckers!
