What this person meant is... it's Specialty but they treat you like PCP. That's Gilead in general. No matter what BU you're in (even in Hospital) they will metric you and role play you to death even though it never effects the bottom line. The ONLY reason people put up with it is higher than average salaries and some stock. Welcome aboard!

Interviewing for this role and just saw this. The recruiter asked me how I like to be managed and I specifically said not micro…. Does this territory open up frequently ? I noticed not too many open in this division.

Again, this position has been posted THREE times in a THREE year period. THREE people quit under her leadership This lady is NO leader. The WORST manager. Unprofessional in everyway possible.

Just interview with her and if you're sharp enough, you'll see the red flags from the beginning.

Also, look at her credentials on LinkedIn. She is a Joke.

To be fair, one was pushed out, and the other 2 left for other roles within the company. Though this doesn’t excuse the management style that is offered by 80% of the managers at gilead, including senior leadership.

At this point, many reps are just happy to get a paycheck and some stock. If you’re looking to actually make something of your life and your career, I’d look elsewhere.
