So the manager is bad news?
Interviewing for this role and just saw this. The recruiter asked me how I like to be managed and I specifically said not micro…. Does this territory open up frequently ? I noticed not too many open in this division.
Management likes to micro manage you mean?it’s primary care that pays well in general. It’s how management likes it. Look for leadership elsewhere.
I’d think really hard before taking this position. Do you value your life? I wouldn’t work the city of Killadelphia. Crime is through the roof. Used to be scared of West Philly or Kensington. Now? Y’all ain’t safe nowhere. I’d pass on this one
Did you really miss this point??? Maybe you do need a micromanager.Management likes to micro manage you mean?
I thought it was also calling on infectious disease HCPs or is it just primary care

What this person meant is... it's Specialty but they treat you like PCP. That's Gilead in general. No matter what BU you're in (even in Hospital) they will metric you and role play you to death even though it never effects the bottom line. The ONLY reason people put up with it is higher than average salaries and some stock. Welcome aboard!
