Hiring Process is Very Poor

Here's to both you Idiots who wrote the bantering back and forth:
To the one who interviewed and didn't get the Job- "Be Glad, be very Glad"
To the SN smart ass who belittled that person- "Go see a shrink"

Neither one involved in the last exchange of banter was the original poster nor a person who belittled the original poster. I wrote #15, #17, and #19, which was directed at a person who criticized the education and writing skills of another poster – giving him a dose of his own medicine. I know these anonymous boards are hard to understand as far as who is writing to whom, but do try to keep up before you hurl insults, okay?
