Hiring freeze

Wrong. And at amgen expect 6 months min.

Nope. We got an email about severance for takeover. We don’t have a great one like other companies Amgen has bought (Amgen itself has not given min 6 months for employees it’s own employees who were not part of such a takeover agreement). We get 10 weeks plus 2 weeks for every full year. That’s it.

And, yes, those agreements extend beyond the initial takeover. The one from a company Horixon bought years ago is still in effect until March of 2023.

True but almost certainly an agreement will also be for a bonus if you stick around for the first year. Again pretty standard.

No retention bonus. Our rsu shares that haven't vested transfer to amgen stock and stay on same vesting schedule. Stick around cash in 265k over the next 3 years...leave get nothing.

AMGEN is building a new manufacturing facility in Columbus, OH. I don't think it will be open to late 2023, early 2024. The outside of the building is done but no parking lot yet. Probably waiting for warmer weather. I've heard they have already started hiring.
